This is a signed New York Mets Casey Stengel baseball shaped HOF card. It measures 3 1/2" in diameter and is NRMT and encapsulated. The "Old Professor" has signed it above New York on the top of the ball shaped card in blue ball point. Signature is a solid 9/10. The card has an illustrated head shot of the HOF manager next to his facsimile signature and the words "Elected to National Baseball Hall of Fame 1966." PSA/DNA COA.
