Cassius Clay Post Training Gloves

Cassius Clay Post Training Gloves

This pair of amateur training worn gloves was used by Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) while preparing for his early fights in Louisville, Kentucky. The gloves have "Post" labels on each wrist. Each glove is marked on the inside wrist with the initials C.C.(for Cassius Clay) in faded, but still visible ink. While they show considerable wear, they are still intact (even original white laces). Clay gave these to a friend in Louisville who boxed his brother Rudy in the amateurs. 2 LOAs.
