Cincinnati Reds Publication Collection (17)
An excellent collection of Cincinnati Reds publications from 1938 thru 1976, this lot includes a ticket from the first game of the 1940 World Series signed and dated by Paul Derringer, with a penciled description of the loss, and an LOA from the descendant of the person who received the autograph and the corresponding programs from the same series (2). There are other World Series programs from 1939, 1961 (2 different), 1970 (2 different), 1972, 1975, and 1976. Also, All Star programs from 1938 and 1953, and a rare 1961 scorecard from the World Series against the Yankees. The three last publications include a 1938 Bill McKetchie Player Roster, 1963 Roster, and 1930s Guide to Crosley Field. Overall the condition is EX with the older material in better condition then the newer material.
