Circa 1910 Boston Red Sox Whiskey Bottle

Circa 1910 Boston Red Sox Whiskey Bottle

The libation that came inside this incredibly rare antique quarter-pint "Red Sox Whiskey One Ball" bottle circa 1910 would no doubt go down pretty nicely right about now, what with Sox fans toasting victory after 86 years of heartburn. But then it had to go down pretty nicely in 1910, 4 years before Babe Ruth even came to town. Label EX-MT, having held up extremely well with almost no discoloration or degrading of the edges, shows a batter with the words "Red Sox" in red under his neck and wearing red socks, and reads "Red Sox" on top and "Whiskey One Ball" at the bottom. Bottle is EX, flecked with brown liquor stains and the gray cap a tad scuffed.
