Circa 1911 Johnny Evers Photograph (PSA Type I)
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Original Type I photo of Johnny Evers as a member of the Chicago Cubs. The image pictures Evers in closeup as he gazes defiantly into the camera. Three Brown Brothers credit stamps appear on the reverse, along with Evers’ name written in pencil. Although no year is listed, the uniform style shown here was only used by the Cubs in 1910 and 1911. The photo (4x6”) displays slightly wavy borders, a small chip in the upper right corner, and a tiny edge tear along the lower right border. In Good to Very Good condition.
