Team photo of the New York Yankees is one of the earliest known. Before the franchise came to prominence, this was the AL team, highlighted by the presence of Frank “Home Run” Baker (standing at center) and Bob Shawkey (also pictured). The Yankees wore these pinstriped uniforms with “New York” across the front for 2 seasons (1916-17). Photo is Excellent. (14x12”).
