Circa 1946 Rudy York Game Worn Red Sox Pants, Belt & Stirrups
This authentic wool set of pants and stirrups, along with ornate leather belt, is circa 1946. Worn by Rudy York, who played for the Bosox in 1946-47, the pants include "Tim McAuliffe Inc." manufacturers' tag along with "30 ins, 6 oz, York" tag inside the waistband and red piping down each leg. The pants display some yellowing with age and minor stains but no noticeable tears or repairs, and the belt shows expected wear from use. The socks are very heavy-duty stirrups, navy blue and red with white stripes and they show nice use. A great keepsake for long-time Red Sox Nation supporters.
