Circa 1951 New York Yankees Signed Bat Boy Bat
Bert Padell is a major player in the entertainment industry, serving as an industry consultant for stars such as Russell Simmons, Madonna, Sean "Puffy" Combs, Oprah, Alicia Keys and Brittany Spears. Long before he made his name in the music industry, however, Padell was a batboy for the New York Yankees. During his tenure with the club in the early '50s, he used this 34" HIllerich & Bradsby bat that has his name on it. It may have spent time in the same bat rack as greats Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle and Phil Rizzuto. Now it could have your name on it.
