Circa 1951 Stan Musial Game Used Bat

<p>Beautiful Stan Musial H&amp;B model M117 bat. Bat shows heavy use with ball marks, seam marks and even spike marks on the barrel. Red and green bat rack marks are visible from when it was repeatedly picked up and tossed back in. Upon closer inspection, a faint number "6" can be seen on the knob. The handle is shaved as well as cracked. This very nice Musial bat was most likely used at Crosley Field as it was retained by Bernie Stowe after a game in which it was cracked by Musial. 34.5 inches and 32 ounces.</p><p><span style="font-size: 13px;">Bernie Stowe was with the Cincinnati Reds for an unbelievable 67 consecutive years.&nbsp; As head equipment manager, he worked every Reds game until his retirement in 2013.&nbsp; As a beloved member of the Cincinnati Reds, many of the players would give him mementos and over the years, he received and saved many.&nbsp; This unique piece of Reds memorabilia is from his personal collection and is being offered for the first time.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>
