Circa 1954 Ken MacAfee Personal Letters and Giants Football Contracts
Two signed Ken MacAfee NFL Player Contracts: one dated 1953 for his rookie '54 season, with the New York Giants; the other for 1959 with the Washington Redskins. MacAfee was the starting right end/tight end for the famous 1956 NFL Champion Giants. The '53 contract is also signed by NFL HOFer Commissioner Bert Bell and HOF owner Wellington Mara. Also, a stack of 40 personal letters, signed Ken, mostly to his wife. Both MacAfee and his wife were in the Marine Corps at the time.
