Circa 1962 Los Angeles Angels Presentation Lighter from Gene Autry
<p>Famed Hollywood cowboy Gene Autry made his mark in the world of baseball as the first owner of the expansion Los Angeles Angels in 1961. This rare lighter is from the early days of the franchise, circa 1962. The front has "Los Angeles Angels" in script against a red background, while the opposite side bears Autry's name below a winged "A" in the same lettering. There's some smudging on Autry's name, but this is an item we have not seen before in excellent condition, still sparks (likely needs fluid), a quality gift.</p>
