Circa 1970 Forbes Field Home Plate (26x32" shadow boxed)
Historic relic was removed from its place at the tip of the famed diamond by a member of the demolition crew called in to put the beloved venue to rest. Use is great, and one can easily imagine the spikes of Clemente and dozens of other N.L. stars leaving their marks upon it. Framed as if it were to be put on display at Cooperstown (which would certainly be happy to have it!) A great piece from every angle. LOA.
