Circa 1979 Jack Thompson Cincinnati Bengals Game Worn Helmet
He was known as "The Throwin' Samoan" and never quite lived up to the moniker in the NFL as he threw more interceptions (45) than touchdowns (33) over his career. In 1979, Bengals' first-round draft pick Jack Thompson wore this Riddell helmet (size 7 3/8) that shows nice use and has all padding inside intact. The number "12" is written in marker several times inside the helmet, which is all-original with team stickers on both sides.
