Circa 1982 Nolan Ryan Astros Cap
When he signed a three-year contract with Houston in 1980, Nolan Ryan became the first million-dollar-a-year baseball player. With 7 no-hitters and 5,000 career strikeouts, he was worth every penny. Black “New Era” Houston cap shows great use. Worn on his way to becoming only the 2nd pitcher to record 3,500 career strikeouts (achieved in 1983). #34 written in black marker under visor. Obtained directly from Nolan Ryan.
