Unable to win a World Series with the Boston Red Sox, base-hit machine Wade Boggs joined the Yankees in '93 and soon after ('96) he was sipping champagne after the Yanks proved victorious over the Atlanta Braves to claim their 23rd World Championship. Navy mesh jersey worn for batting practice bears Boggs' black sharpie signature on the "1" in his number "12" on the verso. Front with "NY" logo on the left breast. Front tail tagging is "Russell Athletic Diamond Collection [size] 44". Additional "Russell" tag in collar.
