Circa 1998 Dave Wohlabaugh New England Patriots Game Worn Jersey
<p>Dave Wohlabaugh was a center who played for three teams over nine seasons in the NFL, starting in every one of the 128 games he played. Presented is a circa 1998 Wohlabaugh game worn New England Patriots' jersey. Wohlabaugh was on the Patriots from 1995-98. In 1996, Dave was the starting center in Super Bowl XXXI when the Patriots were defeated by Green Bay 36-21. In 1998, Wohlabaugh started all 16 regular season games for the Patriots as they went 9-7. After the 1998 season, Wohlabaugh signed a 7-year contract with the expansion Cleveland Browns for 26.25 million dollars, making him at the time the highest paid center in NFL history. After four seasons with Cleveland, Wohlabaugh finished his career with the St. Louis Rams in 2003. The white mesh jersey has both the NFL and the Patriots' logo at the neck. On the chest is "64", in red with blue trim. On each sleeve is the Pro Line Starter logo, the Patriots' logo and "64", in red with blue trim. On the back is a nameplate with "WOHLABAUGH" sewn on blue block letters, and under that is "64", in red, with blue trim. On the lower right outside tail are two tags: NFL Pro Line Starter Manufacturer's logo, and "48", for size. There is nice use shown, with paint transfers and four team repairs.</p>
