Claude Osteen Los Angeles Dodgers Game Used Jersey, Bat, Glove & Jacket
These four pieces have a Major League pedigree as all come directly from Claude Osteen, who spent most of his 18-year career with the Los Angeles Dodgers. The jersey is an all-original Dodgers button-front home white with Osteen's name on the back, "Set C 1972" tag sewn on the front tail and has very nice use. This is an important piece as the lefty won 20 games in 1972. His 1970s Spalding glove has "OSTEEN" written in pen on the thumb and shows moderate use. The bat is an H&B model K55 from 1969 and shows good use, while the jacket is a Goodman size 44 satin model with "OSTEEN" sewn on the back. The jersey and bat have letters from Osteen, who compiled 196 career wins while pitching for six different squads.
