Collection of (50) original photographs from the 1955 Johnston Cookies photoshoot. The collection consists of all 35 card subjects from the Johnston issue as well as 15 shots which were not used. The poses are nearly identical to the shots used on the issue with the identical poses being in a separate lot in this auction. The photographs measure 4x5" and have the subject's name written on the reverse. Highlights include: (4) poses of Hank Aaron; (2) poses of Spahn-glue on reverse, (2) poses of Mathews; (1) Thomson; (1) Adcock; (1) Duffy Lewis; (2) Dr. Lacks; and (2) Taylor. Photos are in overall Excellent condition.
