Collection of World Series and All-Star Game Press Pins and Charms (67)
Straight from a major league press box near you come these All-Star Game and World Series pins that were handed out to members of the media from the 1960s through the 1980s. Most are in EX-MT condition and many are housed in their original boxes (a few have some tarnishing). Included in the World Series collection are: 1964 Cardinals, 1967 Cardinals and Red Sox, 1968 Cardinals and Tigers and 1969 Mets and Orioles. The All-Star Games are from 1965, 1966, 1967, 1968, 1969, 1970 and 1972. A few are from Cracker Jack games, and there are also a handful of tie bars and cuff links. There is some duplication. All belonged to Hall of Fame, switch-hitting second baseman Red Schoendienst or his family members.
