David Ortiz Personally Worn & Signed Training Sneakers

David Ortiz Personally Worn & Signed Training Sneakers

Presented is a pair of David Ortiz personally worn and signed Reebok training sneakers. "Big Papi" David Ortiz is one of the most popular players in the history of the Boston Red Sox. After playing his first six Major League seasons with the Minnesota Twins, the first baseman and designated hitter played his next 14 seasons with the Red Sox. A lifetime .286 hitter, Ortiz bashed 541 home runs, drove in 1,768 runs, was a 10-time All-Star, a 7-time Silver Slugger Award winner, a 3-time World Series winner, and the 2013 World Series MVP. The "Smoothfit" sneakers are size 12. The sneakers have a rippled sole to assist in traction while training. The sneakers exhibit good use, and yet the training sneakers are in very good condition. Ortiz has signed each of the sneakers, using silver ink from a marker. Each of the sneakers has an interior tag that reads, "Stablefit."
