Disney "Cruella De Vil" Limited Edition Animation Cel by Marc Davis
Tremendous animated cel of one of Disney's all-time great villains - Cruella De Vil - rendered by one of Disney's legendary original artists - Marc Davis. Limited Edition is number 142 of 350, cel is 12x17" matted and framed to 22.5x27", and has a full-color central image of Cruella surrounded by seven pencil drawings. Davis' signature is below the image and original Disney Certificate of Authenticity indicates that this is from the original 1961 version of 101 Dalmations, and re-creates the evil De Vil "from sequence 2, scene 47 of the film." Davis was one of Disney's "Nine Old Men," the original core of animators, who was once described by Walt himself as "My renaissance man" due to his versatility. NM condition.
