Dizzy & Daffy Dean Cardboard Advertising Sign

Dizzy & Daffy Dean Cardboard Advertising Sign

The Dean Brothers were Cardinals teammates for four years during the 1930s, and here we have a nearly life-sized poster starring the Arkansas natives in promotion of chewing tobacco, hence the legend "A Great Chew." Beechnut Tobacco advertising has been cut away from the top and the display is in fair condition with a creased neck. Measures 29.5" x 28.5". Jerome "Dizzy" Dean was ace of the Gashouse Gang Cardinals.
