Early 1900s Baseball Card Related Cigarette Boxes (7)
Holy smokes! Back in the days when tobacco and baseball were marketed together, these cigarette packs once held baseball cards. Among this lot are three Sweet Caporal boxes, as well as ones from Duke’s, Helmar, Fatima (sealed, later) and Helmar. Sweet Caporal still exists today in Canada, while Helmar, the so-named "Queen of Turkish Cigarettes," burned out in 1966. The Duke's Cameo box could date back to the 1890s. All have the cigarettes sill inside and the overall conditions are EX-MT.
