Early 1960s Jack Twyman Cincinnati Royals Game Worn Fleece Warm-Up Jacket

Early 1960s Jack Twyman Cincinnati Royals Game Worn Fleece Warm-Up Jacket

Wilt Chamberlain was one of the first two NBA players to average 30 points a game in a season back in 1959-60. The other was 6-6 forward Jack Twyman of the Cincinnati Royals. The six-time All-Star and Hall of Famer wore this sensational rare fleece on the bench and for pre-game warm-ups during his 11-year pro career. And since we do not know of any Twyman game-worn jerseys, this is the closest thing we have seen. It is blue and white with red trim with "ROYALS" sewn on the front and "TWYMAN" in white (toned) on a plate on the back. There is a MacGregor Size 46 tag with washing instructions and Cincinnati Athletic Goods tagging inside the front tail. The number "31" is also stitched on as swatch of material inside. Shows great use from the University of Cincinnati product who once scored 59 points in a game.
