Early 1960s Stan Musial St. Louis Cardinals Game Worn Hat

Early 1960s Stan Musial St. Louis Cardinals Game Worn Hat

This beautiful, vibrant game-worn hat belonged to none other than St. Louis Cardinals legend and baseball Hall of Famer Stan Musial. A blue, size 7 3/8" cap with a gorgeous, clean "STL" Cardinals logo on the front, this Harry Walker pro model hat features Stan the Man's number "6" written in dark black laundry marker under its brim. Also under the brim is some residue from a tag that used to be attached to the cap. This could have been for identification or cataloging for display in an institution. Overall, the hat displays light to moderate use, with this leather-brimmed gem still featuring a tag on its interior from the Harry Walker Company. This lot is accompanied by a MEARS LOA.
