Early 1970's Mel Davis New York Knicks Game Worn Home Jersey

Drafted out of St. John's University by the Knicks in 1973, the 6'6" forward Mel Davis only played three seasons with the Knicks (1973-1976) before going on to play with the NY Nets and the ABA and, finally, in Europe. He played alongside Knick-greats Walt Frazier, Willis Reed, Phil Jackson and Bill Bradley. This jersey is a heavy polyester-knit and the letters are a satin blend. Sewn on the front are "New York 31" and "Davis 31" on the back. Gerry Cosby size 44. This jersey shows some usage.
