Early 1970s Dave DeBusschere New York Knicks Warm Up Top - Photomatched to Last Regular Season Game
Sometimes forgotten among the flashier names of the legendary 1970s New York Knicks, Dave DeBusschere was a major star in his own right, having been named among the best players in his era and earning Hall of Fame status. This Knicks warm-up top was worn by DeBusschere during the early 1970s and shows nice use. The "NY" logo is on the left breast of the snap-button front in orange on blue tackle twill, with "NEW YORK" in the same colors of tackle twill on the back. Gerry Cosby size 48 tagging is in the collar and inside is a swatch of felt with "DeBusschere" chain stitched on it. It is signed on the front in 8/10 black Sharpie, "My Game Warmup, Dave DeBusschere," and is photomatched to Getty images 517265438 and 97320799 and DeBusschere's last regular season game as a Knick. The eight-time All-Star was noted for his tenacious defense, and he led the New Yorkers to two NBA Championships during his tenure.
