Early 1970s Dave Osborn Minnestota Vikings Game Worn Jersey
Dave Osborn was a hard-nosed running back for the Minnesota Vikings for 11 seasons in 1960s and '70s. Osborn was drafted by the Vikings in the 13th round of the '65 draft, and would go on to win the 1969 NFL Championship with the team, play in three Super Bowls, and earn a Pro Bowl berth in 1970. Osborn is listed #41 in the organization's assemblage of the "50 Greatest Vikings." This all original, white jersey was game worn by Osborn in the early 1970s and has his number "41" on the front, back, and both sleeves - all screened on. "OSBORN" is sewn on a plate on the back above the number. Osborn's signature also appears on the back in 9/10 silver Sharpie. It has an exclusive Vikings tag along with a Sand Knit size 46 tag on the front tail. The jersey shows fine use with pulls, scrapes, and minor tears on the shoulders, as well as light stains and abrasions on the body. It was originally obtained directly from Osborn.
