Early Barnum & Bailey Leopard Photograph
Fabulous image has the cartouche stamp on the great Barnum & Bailey Circus right in the photograph. The lovely feline itself appears to be resting peacefully... but he’s watching you intently, and always ready to spring. The incredible clarity of this large format camera image of a leopard is just astounding, so detailed and lifelike; you can almost hear a low growl. Likely turn of the century vintage, framed under glass. Image size is 23” x 17”, with an overall dimension of 27” x 21 1/4”. Condition is NRMT.
