Eddie Collins Original Film Negative
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Verdana;">Original film negative capturing Hall of Fame second baseman Eddie Collins as a member of the Philadelphia Athletics. Collins is pictured on the field staring into the camera. Collins’ last name is written along the top border, and a production number is inked along the left border. Although no date is listed, the uniform style shown here was used by the A’s only between the years 1909 to 1914, a time span in which the A’s won four pennants and three World Championships. The negative (3.5x6”) displays a scratch near the top border and wavy borders.
