On July 20, 1980, in McAfee, New Jersey, World Light Heavyweight Champion Eddie Mustafa Muhammad defended his title against Jerry "The Bull" Martin. Muhammad prevailed against the tough Martin, stopping him in the 10th round. Offered here is the fight-worn robe attributed to Eddie Mustafa Muhammad for this fight. The robe is knee length, green velour with gold trim. Signed by Eddie Mustafa Muhammad in the collar. Further marked on the collar, "Jerry Martin KO-10 RDS." On the back in gold lettering are sewn the words, "EDDIE MUSTAFA MUHAMMAD THE JUDGE." Size 40 and includes an ornate green sash. Clean. Made by G & S Sporting Goods with their label in the collar.
