Elgin Baylor Tiffany Clock

Elgin Baylor Tiffany Clock

This substantial clock was presented to the NBA Hall of Famer and Los Angeles Lakers great in 1983 and is valued as much for its Tiffany element as for its basketball pedigree. Purchased directly from an Elgin Baylor auction, the stately timepiece weighs nearly three pounds despite standing just about 5" tall. Below the face is an inscription that reads: "NATIONAL ATHLETIC HEALTH INSTITUTE TRIBUTE TO ATHLETES 1983 ELGIN BAYLOR. The organization's logo adorns the crescent-shaped top. The clock is in NRM+ condition and still keeps time. An acrobatic, all-around player known for his lunging jumpers and forceful rebounds, Baylor starred for 13 seasons on the hardwood before a six-year coaching career and 22-year turn as general manager.
