Famous Fights Past and Present Magazine Bound Volume Shurey's Edition
Scarce Famous Fights Past and Present Shurey's Edition Bound Volume spanning Vol 1 #1 through Vol 2 #26. The paper magazine was published in London England from March 3, 1901- sometime in 1904 and mostly covered the history of bare knuckled boxing. The publication was edited by Harold Furniss with a multitude of Boxing contributors of the time. The hard covered bound volume has a few pages with old tape repairs and the first and last few pages are becoming brittle. The front binding is split nearly book length from the inside cover and front page. Back binding is intact with no splits. The green outer covered book has a mylar library like book cover. The spine is inscribed Famous Fights 1-2. Overall very good condition.
