Fenway Park Scoreboard Number 46-47

Fenway Park Scoreboard Number 46-47

Extremely old Fenway Park scoreboard number 46-47 goes way back and may be part of the original set used at Fenway Park. Double-sided, there is a "46" on one side and "47" on the other with a 1" hole in the top so it can be easily handled and switched during the game. This well-used piece appears to have 75 years worth of paint jobs, chips and patina. Interestingly, 1946 was the year of their AL Championship and in 1947 Ted Williams was the AL MVP and Triple Crown Winner; perhaps that‚s why someone saved it.
