"Fifth Beatle" Memorabilia
This lot contains assorted memorabilia associated with The Beatles and Brian Epstein, who was often referred to as the Fifth Beatle. First is a 5 x 7" photo of Epstein matted to 11 x 14" which includes Epstein's signature cut below the photo. Next is a 7 x 5" photo of Ed Sullivan with Epstein, John, Ringo and Paul matted to 11 x 14" with Sullivan's signature cut below the photo. Murray the K signed the picture sleeve of a recorded interview he did with the Beatles; both sleeve and record are included. Paul's ex-wife Heather Mills has signed both her autobiography entitled A Single Step, and the People magazine cover featuring her wedding to Paul McCartney; both are included. Other items are: Pattie Boyd's (Mrs. George Harrison and Mrs. Eric Clapton) signed autobiography; signed 8 x 10" glossy of Ringo Starr from his movie "Caveman"; signed 8 x 10" glossy of George Harrison; and a copy of the sheet music to McCartney's song "Another Day" with changes made in red by McCartney himself for a television appearance (sheet is not signed but comes with LOA stating that McCartney indeed made the changes).
