Floyd Patterson Original Cartoon Illustration Artwork by Willard Mullin
This is a great quality original artist's proof that captures a whole host of some of the world's greatest boxing champions. The largest drawing is of Floyd Patterson, but images and text about Joe Louis, John Corbett, John L. Sullivan, Jack Dempsey, Bob Fitzsimmons and Jim Jeffries are also included. The high quality illustration measures 17 1/2 x 22" and is framed to an overall size of 18 1/2 x 23. There are a plethora of editorial markings around the edges of the drawing and the overall condition of the illustration is VG+. There are some tears around the borders of the paper and there is some minor age spots. There is also a tear within the image of Bob Fitzsimmons which measures 1/4" in diameter, however it does not detract from the image at all.
