Game Used Shea Stadium Base and David Wright Baseball (both from 5-19-2006)
This game-used third base from Shea Stadium was used during the 4th, 5th, and 6th innings on May 15, 2006 in the Mets/Yankees game where the Mets beat the Yanks 7-6. It shows nice game use with the mounting plate still attached. Underneath the base is written in blue Sharpie, "5-19-2006, 3rd." The base and Official (Selig) MLB baseball was used by David Wright in that same game, where he had a game-winning hit in the bottom of the 9th off "Mo" (Mariano) Rivera in the Subway Series game. Both the base and baseball have Steiner and MLB holograms.
