General Douglas MacArthur Football Photographs (7)
This collection of 6-5 x 7” and 1-8 x 10” wire photographs capture the famed General Douglas MacArthur years before his illustrious military career began. There are team photos of him from the West Texas Military Academy he attended in the 1890’s, one of baseball and one football. There are also a few from the turn of the century when he managed the Westpoint football team. The photos are all 1940’s and 1950’s reprints, all of which have the news clippings attached to the verso. The collection is in VG condition with some minor wrinkling and creasing.
