Gerry Cheevers Game Used Stick
"Cheesey" roamed the nets for 11 seasons in Beantown, notching Stanley Cups in '70 and '72 -- a period in which he used this stick as a shield against flying pucks. The Northland Pro model lumber is 54" long and has a NRMT signature reading "Gerry Cheevers 30, HOF 85" on the blade in black marker. There is also a very light but readable signature from his teammate Bobby Orr on the handle. "Cheevers" and his lie number "11" are stamped in different locations on the shaft and the handle area is stamped "Woody Dumart and Co., Needham Heights, Mass." Light use with neatly wrapped tape on the paddle and across the blade.
