A lot of fun, stock full of history, and initially not for the fans, these 13 New York Yankee press guides are filled with stats, bios and that pinstriped mystique. The earliest guide is 1955, and lists Mickey Mantle on the roster in outfield, while the most recent guide again lists the Mick on the roster page, except in 1973 his <i>position</i> is spring training instructor. Once a Yankee, always a Yankee. These rare and vintage Yankee publications were only given to the press, and include the dates 1955, 1957, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1965, 1966, 1968, 1969, 1970, 1972 and 1973.
