Guglielmo Marconi was an Italian inventor, known as the father of long distance radio transmission and for his development of Marconi's law and a radio telegraph system, and is often considered the inventor of radio. Marconi himself signed the back of this menu, dated Saturday, 19 September, 1903. The menu is from the Foreign Press Association in London's Monthly Members' Dinner, which was held at The Monaco. The menu has some tape and paper loose and the signature grades as 6.5/10.
