This item is an original photograph of the 33rd President of the United States, Harry S. Truman, apparently giving a speech. It depicts Truman at the podium looking at prepared notes while viewers look on, including a man holding a young girl in the foreground and the American flag in the background. The 8x10" portrait is stamped on the verso by Frank H. Gould, and signed on the front to the recipient, "Thanks + Best Wishes," in what appears to be black, fine point marker by the man known as "Give 'em Hell Harry." The signature is 7.5/10, and the photo is in VG-EX condition.
