Spectacular jersey from the first home game of Michael Jordan's final NBA season with the Washington Wizards in 2002-03. Photo-matched to October 31st, 2002 (Getty 1615261), MJ registered 21 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and one block as his Wizards destroyed the Celtics 114-69, with the 45 point loss standing as the worst defeat in Celtics history. Signed on the back in black Sharpie, tagged inside as 2002-03, size 50 tag on front tail with length +4", number 23 is on front and back in blue on gold/black numbers, name in same style in individual letters on back. UDA hologram only, no cert card. Closing out his career after his second "retirement" - this one lasting three years - His Airness showed little rust upon his return, averaging "only" 22 points per game during his two seasons in the Nation's Capital.
