The Man in Black, Johnny Cash, had a redemptive and empathetic relationship with correctional facilities in America and played many a prison in the 1950s and ‘60s, most famously Folsom Prison and San Quentin. The latter is caught in these spirited 35mm B&W negatives taken on February 24, 1969. Includes 31 original negatives.
