Honus Wagner Shaving Kit
Personal property of Honus Wagner from the Barry Halper collection. A delicately detailed and personalized pocket Gillette shaving kit. Gold tin engraved on the front, "J-H-W" with raised floral design. Inside compartments are lined with blue velvet. Contains all its original parts: Smaller tin which holds the razors, handle to the razor and top attachment which screws in to the handle (top part of this piece is also detailed with Honus Wagner's engraved initials). Outer tin is engraved on the bottom with all the different patent countries and the dates. "Kirry Gilette" engraved below. Closes and locks. In fine condition.
