Huge 1978-79 New York Yankeees Signed Catcher's Mitt to Thurman Munson.
Impressive (approx. 18.5" in diameter) Rawlings display piece features twenty-three ink signatures penned by members of the 1978 and 1979 New York Yankees. Catfish, Reggie, Gossage, Randolph, Blair, Lyle, Rivers, and so many more have left their mark on the splendidly crafted cowhide. And if that's not enough - most of the signatures, although signed at a later date, are personalized "To Thurman" - a fitting tribute to a certain catcher who played such an important role on the great Yankee teams of the 70's. Near Mint (NM) or better condition overall, with incredibly bold (9-10/10) signatures obtained in person by our consignor.
