Iconic Babe Ruth & Ted Williams Photograph (PSA Type III)
Vintage photograph capturing the classic image of Ted Williams and Babe Ruth shaking hands on the field in 1943. This was the first time the two legendary players ever met and it occurred during a charity game in Boston to help raise money for the war effort. Several handwritten editorial notations appear on the reverse, along with a stamp reading "Sport Guide." The photo (7x9") displays light creasing and a few tiny editorial markings on the front. Very Good condition. PSA encapsulated as Type III Authentic.
