Jack Dempsey and Jess Willard in <i>Birth of a Champion</i> . This 1939 boxing movie by Fistic Film Co. , was the first time the great 1919 bout could legally be shown to the public, after the racial fallout following the 1912 Jeffries vs. Johnson film distribution across the US prompted the ban of fight films. Vintage poster measures 22 x 28" and is in superb EX + condition with photos complimenting fight poster graphics.
