This fantastic poster from Monday, September 7, 1914 shows Jack Johnson, "Champion Boxer of the World," appearing at the Oxford Theater in London. It is likely from when he was on the lam - he was wanted for violation of the Mann Act, better known as the White Slave Traffic Act. The poster is mounted on linen, NRMT with some creasing. The size of the poster itself is approximately 11x17".
