Jack Johnson v. Jim Jeffries Original Glass Plate Negatives by Dana (6)
The holy grail of boxing photography. These are the first original negatives we have ever seen by the great boxing photographer Percy Dana. These six glass plate negs of the 1910 Johnson-Jeffries fight at Reno, Nevada includes tantalizing ring action and posed images from the training camp. Only one of the six is signed by Dana but all are definitively by the "Charles Conlon" of boxing photographers. Each measures a compact 4.25x3.25” and is in EX-MT condition. A chance to own something truly special.
